Renovation and Extension of Residence for Mr. S.D. Kulkarni

We have done restoration, renovation and extension of this bungalow. The original structure being load bearing, was skillfully annexed by the newer RCC built form. We have used several cost-saving measures including the rat-trap bond masonry and reinforced brick slab.

The water from the rooftops of the house cascaded into a small pond which is then led to a harvesting system.
